SovereignPort LLC has officially been approved as an EU based company. The hemp customs clearance logistics firm will have their new office and port open in Tenerife, Spain. The new EU port will enable the company to provide a more affordable and streamlined benefit to EU clients, bringing advantageous opportunities to the European hemp community.
Since this month, the company SovereignPort has been operating in the Free Zone of Tenerife as a multinational, as the company confirmed. Its plans include taking over the logistics of cannabis customs clearance for the EU and the United Kingdom markets. Sarah Yetman is the CEO of Sovereignport, a Native American CBD shipping company located in the United States. Currently shipping into dozens of countries, she is known as the expert on all things CBD shipping and logistics. She is also a market analyst of CBD and industrial hemp, worldwide.
“Transportation is definitely not what it used to be,” said Sarah Yetman, SovereignPort’s CEO.
“We used to be able to take a package and have it on the ground within 24 hours or less, and now we’re probably three-plus weeks out, because you can’t trust air shipments anymore.”

Sarah Yetman is a prime example of an individual working to solve shipping and supply chain woes in the cannabis distribution market. Yetman started her shipping company, Sovereignport, to take on the difficulties growers and distributors are facing in the industry and push for further transparency.
